Mental Health Awareness Week

This week has been one of the most important weeks of the year, Mental Health Awareness Week. With the pandemic literally ripping peoples’ lives and livelihoods apart over the past year or so, it’s so important to be there for each other and know there is always someone to talk to, even when you feel like there is no one. The world is slowly starting to pick up a pace again, and if I’ve learnt anything from this it’s to slow things down and go at my own pace. There’s only one of me or you, only so many hours in the day and so many days in the week, there is only so much we can do.
